Our favorite eco wood finish ⬇️ We strive to Our favorite eco wood finish ⬇️ We strive to use products that align with our eco-conscious values and help us DIY in a sustainable, non-toxic way. @rubiomonocoatusa products are our favorite eco wood finishes because they're plant based, zero-VOC, and they even plant a verified tree for every order! Why we don't use traditional finishes anymore 👇 🛠 Many stains and paints release harmful chemicals (VOCs) and continue to do so afterwards. It's natural to make mistakes ⬇️ We all do, e It's natural to make mistakes ⬇️ We all do, even if you've been building for a while! It can happen on simple things like not using waterproof glue on an outdoor planter box. BUT we were able to fix it with a neat trick 😏 We would honestly make a TON more mistakes if we didn't create DIY plans to follow! They're much more helpful than a napkin sketch with some size and quantities scribbled on it 😬 We like details and models to ensure we won't make major mistakes or a piece of furniture won't go together.
